Human Resources has the responsibility for personnel administration including managing recruitment processes, ensuring policy and regulation compliance, classification and pay, employee benefits, employee performance issues, employee records, time and attendance, worker’s compensation, employee grievance procedures, new orientation including insurance, retirement, termination, and workplace policies and procedures. We provide assistance to management regarding employee disciplinary matters.

We provide support and information on areas related to employment and benefits.
