EFFECTIVE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE AND ORDER: First appearance hearings, felony and misdemeanor jail arraignments, hearings on motions to set or modify release conditions for individuals who are in jail in Polk, Hardee, and Highlands Counties will be conducted using video equipment. The Office of the Court Administrator for the Tenth Judicial Circuit Court is tasked with providing the parties and/or their attorneys, as well as any other necessary court participant, with instructions regarding how to attend remotely by telephone. Additionally, hearings on Petitions for Temporary Injunctions for Protection shall be held telephonically.
