Case Management

The Tenth Judicial Circuit has case management staff that work with judges in different divisions to assist them with managing caseloads. Case managers review, organize, and schedule tasks related to cases in order to improve the efficiency in which the court moves its cases towards resolution.

Florida Statute 29.004(10): State Funded case management responsibilities: initial review and evaluation of cases, assignment of cases to court divisions or dockets, and scheduling of judicial events. Florida Rules of Judicial Administration 2.545: Rules of Judicial Administration
