Early Childhood Courts

Early Childhood Court (ECC) is a special, problem-solving court for families with children ages 0-3 who have been removed from their home. ECC is child-focused, keeping the needs and best interests of the child at the center of each case. Parents are valued in ECC because our first goal is to help children reach permanency in a timely manner.
